GRADUAL ADAPTATION AND SCHOOL ENTRY FOR I3 STUDENTS

2026–2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Dear Families,

This school year, the adaptation period for our youngest students will take place gradually over three days. Your assigned time slot is as follows:

ADAPTATION GROUP A

Adaptation Schedule

Tuesday, 8 September

• 8:45 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

Wednesday, 9 September

• 8:45 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

Thursday, 10 September

• 8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

ADAPTATION GROUP B

• 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Wednesday, 9 September

• 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Thursday, 10 September

• 8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

REGULAR SCHOOL HOURS AFTER THE ADAPTATION PERIOD

From 14 September onwards

• Morning: 8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
• Lunch break: 12:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. (at home or at school)
• Afternoon: 2:45 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Please note that the school lunch service will not be available during the adaptation period. The lunchtime supervisor will also spend time in the classroom during these first days so that the children can become familiar with her.

On the day before school starts, 7 September, you are invited to come to the school with your child and stay together for as long as you wish. The visit will be flexible, and you may arrive at any time between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

On that day, please bring all the materials requested by the school, which will be listed on our website. These include, for example, the school smock, a decorated shoebox containing a spare set of clothes, a pack of wet wipes, and any other required items.
